Standard Orders

  1. All products are made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for production.

  2. A shipping notification will be sent when your order has shipped.

  3. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order!

Custom Orders

  1. A proof will be produced for approval on all custom orders.

  2. A production estimate will be given when the proof has been approved.

  3. Production will not begin until the proof has been approved.

  4. A shipping notification will be sent when your order has shipped.

  5. While we cannot offer refunds on custom orders, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your custom order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order!

Care Instructions

Glitter Wine Glasses:

  1. Hand wash with mild soap using a soft cloth or sponge.

  2. Air or towel dry.

  3. DO NOT put in dishwasher or microwave.​​
